Our Pharmacy

At Faith Community Pharmacy, we provide free medications for chronic illnesses to people in our community who cannot otherwise afford them. As the only licensed charitable pharmacy in Northern Kentucky, we are a vital safety net for patients suffering from chronic illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, cardiovascular disease, mental health conditions and more.

Everyone in Northern Kentucky who cannot otherwise afford their prescriptions are eligible to receive 90 days of 100% free medications. Patients whose total household income is at or below 300% of the federal poverty level are eligible to enroll for long-term assistance. These patients can find help for a vast range of chronic conditions through our formulary.

Our team provides individual medication counseling at each visit and answers any questions or concerns our clients may have. At each visit, we fill a three-month supply of medication to help reduce the number of trips our patient need to make, and we’re proud to offer a home-delivery option for those who need it.
