Our Patients
Patients can find help for a vast range of chronic conditions through our formulary.
- 80% of our clients are managing cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, high cholesterol and heart failure
- Nearly 60% of our patients have diabetes and can access oral medications, select insulin products and testing supplies through our pharmacy;
- More than 50% of our clients are managing mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.
Easier Access for Everyone
We fill a three-month supply of medication at each visit to reduce the number of trips our patients need to make. We also provide a home-delivery option to eliminate barriers for homebound patients and people without transportation.
Client Spotlight: A life, transformed
After suffering cardiac arrest, Greg left the hospital with a prescription that was going to cost him $360, an impossible amount for him, who had just been laid off from his job. Thanks to our supporters and partners, Faith Community Pharmacy changed everything for Greg.
We filled his new prescription free of charge, as well as other medications he had been skipping or rationing, including insulin to treat his diabetes. After two years, Greg’s A1C levels have dropped from a life-threatening 11.3 to a healthy 6.2 because of proper medication.
Today, Greg says he has three great blessings in his life: “Two great doctors and Faith Community Pharmacy.”
